Cookie Policy
Last updated 6 September 2026
Some things we store in your browser are needed for the site to work at all. Everything else is optional and off until you say yes.
1. Strictly necessary — always on
These cannot be switched off, because without them you cannot sign in or book. Under the ePrivacy rules they do not require consent.
__session— keeps you signed in. Set when you log in, cleared when you log out. Expires after 14 days.- Firebase Authentication storage — holds your sign-in token in the browser so you are not asked to log in on every page.
- Your chosen language and currency, so the site does not reset them.
2. Analytics — only with your consent
If you accept, we load two measurement tools:
- Google Analytics 4 — which pages people visit and how they arrived. We run it with IP anonymisation on.
- Microsoft Clarity — anonymised recordings of how people move through the site, so we can see where the booking flow confuses people.
If you decline, neither one loads at all. They are not merely switched off — the scripts are never added to the page, so nothing is sent and no cookie is set.
3. Payments
When you reach checkout, Stripe sets its own cookies to process the payment and detect fraud. These are necessary for the payment to work. See Stripe’s own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
4. Changing your mind
Use the “Cookie settings” link in the footer at any time. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings — you will simply be asked to sign in again.
